Our Philosophy

About

Aligna Podiatry
Your go to clinic for holistic foot and ankle care.
At Aligna, we believe alignment starts from the ground up.

Your feet are the foundation of your body. When they move well, everything above them functions better. Our approach is focused on understanding how your feet, posture, and movement patterns interact as part of a connected system, rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

We provide evidence-based and personalised care with a strong emphasis on biomechanics, movement quality, and long-term outcomes. We tailor every treatment plan to the person, taking into account their goals, lifestyle, and what they want to achieve both now and in the future.

Our Philosophy
Initial Consultation
You will meet with your podiatrist for a one-on-one consultation focused on your current symptoms, medical history, movement patterns, and goals. This appointment allows us to understand where you are now and what’s contributing to your pain or dysfunction.
Assessment & Report
Following your assessment, we analyse our findings to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. Where appropriate, this may include imaging or further investigation. From this, we develop a clear understanding of how best to support your recovery and ongoing foot health.
Creating your Personalised Treatment Plan
No two people move the same way. Your treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals. This may include treatment, footwear guidance, orthotics, rehabilitation, or other evidence-based strategies designed to support long-term improvement.
We are here to support you in moving better, feeling stronger, and performing at your best, so you can continue doing what matters most to you.
